At this moment, our platform does not support shipping internationally, but our Vendors may ship anywhere within New Zealand.

We hope we can cater for international customers in the coming future.

It depends on your address and the Vendor’s processing time. Usually, it takes somewhere between 3 days to 1 week, but it usually takes more days to deliver to rural areas.

We currently accept payments using the popular payment processor called Stripe. It is very convenient and secure to order through Stripe and the payment methods it provides for each customer. Credit / Debit Cards of Master or Visa, Google Pay, etc. are widely accepted through Stripe.  We also plan to accept wallets such as Alipay in the future.

First you need to register for an account, then you need to choose the products and add them to the cart. When you check out, you need to enter your address, shipping details, and proceed with the payment. After you complete your payment, your order will be confirmed by the Vendor.

Before the vender ships the products, you can contact them to cancel or change the order items.

We recommend you to register for an account to place an order, but you also can place orders as a guest.

After the Vendor has booked the courier, you will receive a Tracking ID and a Tracking Link from the Vendor. By clicking the link you can track your shipping status of your order.
