At XO2, we allow our Customers to return a product because of,

  • Product has defects.
  • Package is damaged while delivery.
  • Product not as described.
  • Product quantity is not correct.
  • Customer not satisfied with the quality, appearance, etc.
  • Customer wants an exchange or refund.

 

For any of the above reasons, Customer can return a product after contacting the specific Vendor.

Minimum return period is 10 days upon receipt of product(s), unless specified by the Vendor exclusively for each product.

 

If the product is of any type as below, returns and exchanges are not allowed unless the Vendor agrees with it or the mistake / issue is on the Vendor's side.

  • Consumable Products (Food, Drinks, Perfumes, Chemicals, etc.)
  • Short-term Expirable Products (Products with Expiry of 1 Month or Less)
  • Undergarments & Inner wears
  • Products damaged by Customer

 

We recommend you to first contact the Vendor regarding your return. Usually, the return shipping charge must be paid by the Customer, unless the fault is clearly Vendor's or the Vendor agrees to pay / reimburse the return shipping charge.
